I was at a low moment in my life I was questioning everything in my life. I felt like I was just life-ing with no purpose. Everyday was the same as the day before. I don’t have people that I can actually call my friends and I’m not as close to my family as I would like to be. I met Theresa at a function that I attended through work. I owned a daycare for almost 25 years in Philadelphia. I knew that it was time for a upgrade and there were specific protocols that needed to be updated to stay in business and receive funding for parents that couldn’t afford to pay out of pocket. I contacted Terri and asked for her consulting services as I knew she had experience of assisting with new start up programs with growth and development. Within the first 3 months Terri was able to update our employee handbook, policies and procedures, and get us a STAR accreditation. She updated our admission packets, parent orientation, and created a training curriculum for our teachers. Initially, my team was hesitant towards the changes being made. Terri assisted me with creating a culture of support and inclusion that eventually increased my staff morale.
